Default components

When you create a new online survey, there are 3 standard questions included on the first page. These 3 questions all have functionality which is built into the survey.

What is your name?

Responses to this answer component will appear on the 'Responses Organised by Respondent' page, under the 'Name' column.

What is your email address?

If respondents enter an email address then they will not have to enter it again when using the 'Save and return' feature or to receive an acknowledgement email when they submit a response.

What is your organisation?

Responses to this answer component will appear on the 'Responses Organised by Respondent' page, under the 'Organisation' column.
